Zhuangzi's philosophy of life stems from nature. Between man and nature, he compared man to fish, and water to the Way of Nature. Maximal integration into nature is the source of a happy life.

Over the past decade, during the operation of Mosaic Co., Ltd., we have realized that:

Between an enterprise and its customers, the enterprise is like a fish, and the customers are like water. Only by constantly providing our customers with quality products and top services can an enterprise obtain its sustainable growth source;

Between an enterprise and its staff, the enterprise is like fish, and the staff is like water. Only by being cared and trusted by the management can the staff become the water carrying the boat that promotes the development of the enterprise.
